The Quay Family

Sophie served as a postpartum doula to me after the birth of my second child and her skills were invaluable. I so looked forward to her visits, and she swooped in with such confidence, calm, and warmth. What she provided for each session was totally driven by my needs on that day and ran the gamut from meal prep and laundry folding, to baby-wearing so I could sneak in a shower. She always left our house cleaner than when she arrived, and our fridge was packed with meals and snacks to keep us fueled. Having Sophie as my postpartum doula was invaluable and I would recommend her without reservation.

Sophie showed her care for our family through providing us with delicious, nourishing meals in a time when we needed them most. She made herself available to help however she could or we needed. We are grateful to have had Sophie with us through the transition of welcoming a new child to our family. Thank you Sophie!
