Sophie served as a postpartum doula to me after the birth of my second child and her skills were invaluable. I so looked forward to her visits, and she swooped in with such confidence, calm, and warmth. What she provided for each session was totally driven by my needs on that day and ran the gamut from meal prep and laundry folding, to baby-wearing so I could sneak in a shower. She always left our house cleaner than when she arrived, and our fridge was packed with meals and snacks to keep us fueled. Having Sophie as my postpartum doula was invaluable and I would recommend her without reservation.
